About this project
Eight round tops 90 cm across in smoked oak. Smoking colours the timber all the way through, so a scratch never reveals a lighter core underneath. The edge is chamfered at a slight angle so guests do not catch a sleeve on it. The surface takes café traffic and after years it can be sanded back rather than replaced.
