Who processes your data

The controller is Quercus Classic Floors s.r.o., Karlštejn 363, 267 18 Karlštejn. For data protection matters you can reach us at info@quercusclassic.com.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we process your name, e-mail, optionally phone, company name and the message. We do so to reply and prepare a quote — the legal basis is pre-contractual dealings at your request. We keep the data for three years from the last contact, then delete it.

The IP address and browser type are stored with the enquiry. They serve solely to defend against automated spam and are deleted within six months.

Traffic measurement

We measure traffic ourselves, on our own server. We send the data nowhere and use no third-party service.

The basic layer runs without consent and stores nothing in your browser. Visits are told apart by a fingerprint made from your IP address, browser and a random daily key. The key changes every day, so yesterday's and today's visit by the same person cannot be linked. The IP address itself is never stored.

If you allow measurement in the banner, a cookie with a random identifier is added so we can recognise a returning visitor. It lasts 180 days and you can change your choice at any time — clearing cookies brings the banner back.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, uoou.cz.
